sping: I want to convert layman to EAPI3 and give you the Gentoo Prefix changes[1] but I can't convert it to EAPI3 because of this:

RepoMan scours the neighborhood...
 * Use PYTHON_DEPEND instead of NEED_PYTHON.
 * ERROR: app-portage/layman-1.3.2-r2 failed:
 *   NEED_PYTHON cannot be used in this EAPI

So can you please fix that?

Fixed.  Please make sure your prefix changes go into the live ebuild, too.
