From the site:

"GMapCatcher is an offline maps viewer. It downloads CloudMade, OpenStreetMap or Google Map tiles automatically, display them using a specific GUI. User can view the maps while offline. GMapCatcher doesn't depend on google-map's java scripts so it should work even if google changes them. It also provides a downloading tool."

Please add an ebuild for this program to the Portage tree.

ebuild for sci-geosciences/gmapcatcher-0.7.2.0

This is a proposal for an ebuild for gmapcatcher in the current version 0.7.2.0. This is my first ebuild -- do not expect to much. However, it works fine for me. Perhaps one has a look on the icon (mapcatcher.png) which is not used for the corresponding KDE menu entry on my system.

Update to current version.

This is an update to the current version. The ebuild's content has not been changed. I do not plan to upload ebuilds in the future, when the ebuild's content is not changed.
