I can not reproduce it. Could you re-install numpy and then plplot to see it that helps?

I tried to reinstall numpy and to upgrade it without success :| i do not know how i've to do now :| the only solution is to make a patch. I do not know why the compiler not find the header installed :|. When i've some time i try to write a patch for solve this :), or if there is any one that solve this problem it's really appreciated :)

Could you please do
CMAKE_VERBOSE="true" emerge plplot
and attach that buildlog?

no answer for a few month. please try recent numpy and plplot then re-open if you can reproduce
