Full package name sci-chemistry/imosflm, current version 1.0.4 Thanks for the notification. I will take a look into it soon. I have taken a look into that and I don't see the problem. The file only makes trouble if MOSFLM_WISH is not set, but it is set as a system env. Do you have problem starting the unmodified imosflm? So no response so I think the issue is resolved.
