net-p2p/kmldonkey-2.0.5
Thanks for the version bump notice. Assigning to maintainer The source URL from the ebuild is dead. However, .../KDE/stable/4.2.2/extragear/kmldonkey-2.0.2.tar.bz2 .../kde/Attic/4.4.0/src/extragear/kmldonkey-2.0.2-kde4.4.0.tar.bz2 are still alive and seem to contain v. 2.0.5 as we need. Moreover, this ebuild does not compile for me (kde 4.4.5) with the following message on configure: * ERROR: net-p2p/kmldonkey-2.0.5 failed: * wrong linguas dir specified * * Call stack: * ebuild.sh, line 54: Called src_prepare * environment, line 3929: Called kde4-base_src_prepare * environment, line 2939: Called enable_selected_linguas * environment, line 1561: Called die * The specific snippet of code: * [[ -d "${KDE_LINGUAS_DIR}" ]] || die "wrong linguas dir specified"; It would be very nice to have v. 2.0.5 in the tree since it sufficiently improves torrent file support. Actually, the version in the portage tree *is* 2.0.5. However, the version that is metioned here contains some post-2.0.5-fixes and a new feature. > 2009-06-04 Local torrent full support work perfectly > 2009-05-28 Started work on local torrent file support > > 2009-05-11 Fix improper drawing of the availability column. > 2009-05-11 Fix wrong handling of empty core-messages like BadPassword-replies. Meanwhile, the source has moved to: ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/Attic/4.4.0/src/extragear/kmldonkey-2.0.2-kde4.4.0.tar.bz2 The SRC_URI of the ebuild in the portage tree is dead. fixed in 2.0.2-r2 Can you change KDE_PV="4.2.0" to KDE_PV="4.4.0"? That one should be newer. fixed, thanks for noticing :) |
