Cannot reproduce here... Which version of KDE do you have? Hi, I upgraded yesterday to 4.4.2, coming from 4.4.1. The case is still here (but the CPU hog for 20s, that appeared with 4.4.1 at the first tab switch, disappeared). Could you please check bug 281493 comment 3? Maybe this is the same or a similar problem... Hi, I had not tried to erase the .kde* files for a while. It worked. My three profiles are now kept and available in the menu. There is still one thing I don't understand but it does not really annoy me : There is always a "Terminal" profiles that reappears, even when one use it by renaming : next time the renamed one is still there but the original too. Launched from another terminal (gnome-terminal to name it) I get : konsole(2269)/kdeui (kdelibs): Attempt to use QAction "change-profile" with KXMLGUIFactory! Undecodable sequence: \001b(hex)[?1034h Don't know if it can help. OK, resolving this since the main issule is fixed. |
