The component selection list for the "Gentoo Linux" category contains all kinds of herds (KDE, Java, Printing, ...), but lacks the Qt herd. Having Qt as an option in the list allows to assign bugs to qt@gentoo.org.

We don't have components for all herds. I'm not sure if we want this.

So make up your minds, if you want it, bugzilla@g.o, otherwise WONTFIX. Assigning to qt@.
