Up to now eix displays USE_EXPAND use flags as normal ones. Therefore the use flag output becomes quite confusing for packages with many such use flags.

Compare the output of "eix -e apache" and "emerge -pv apache" (with recent apache installed). The emerge version is much better imo and since eix' main job is to provide such lookups, I think it should adopt this notation.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. eix -e apache
2. emerge -pv apache
3. compare use flag notations of 1 and 2

Actual Results:  
Use flags in eix look ugly.

Expected Results:  
Use flags in eix should be well-arranged as in emerge.
