Same bug reported at debian (see URL) and arch linux: http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/18638 nice to c, that finally gentoo has now a bug report for old problems :) It works with dev-lang/tk-8.5.7 and doesn't work with dev-lang/tk-8.5.8. If I remove "-selectcolor {}" in line 3344 it works with tk-8.5.8. @tcltk: Is this a bug in 8.5.8? Created attachment 227637 [details, diff]

Patch taken from the debian bug (see URL).

I took the opportunity to "convert" the ebuild to EAPI2.
By the way forgot to mention that the ding-1.6-unknown-colorname-error-fix.patch patch is fixing this problem for me.
Okay, maybe the patch is not the desired solution. There's https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2904492&group_id=12997&atid=112997 which claims tk-8.5.8 being wrong here... Seems to be fixed in tk-8.5.9. I can confirm this. All fine with tk-8.5.9. *** Bug 351181 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** "-selectcolor {}" was removed in ding-1.7. ding-1.7 is stable for amd64 and x86. Closing |
