Description Wes Kurdziolek 2003-10-11 18:42:03 UTC
This is a patch to add menu drop-shadows to GTK+ 2.2. It applies cleanly w/ the
2.2.4-r1 ebuild by adding it to the files directory and adding it to the list of
epatch commands in the ebuild (I added it before the others, if that matters,
but it shouldn't -- the patch is pretty non-invasive). The patch is not mine, so
please don't credit it to me. I got it from this URL:
http://www.xfce.org/gtkmenu-shadow/index.html

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
It's not a problem, just a feature enhancement.

This patch is for GTK+ menu drop-shadows. The bug you marked this a duplicate
of is for KDE text drop-shadows. Not to sound trite, but *reading* the two
bugs would have pointed out that they were different except that they are
both "eye candy" patches. KDE menu drop-shadows are a standard option in
KDE; I was hoping to have the same feature added to GTK+. If you don't accept
eye candy patches, please reject this patch appropriately.
