The mirror-admin team has created this document (see $URL) because we felt a need to have a user-facing doc that lists what community gentoo-portage mirrors are available.

Please feel free to use it a) on the gentoo.org homepage b) in the handbooks or any other document that you feel it is worthwhile.

I stuck it in the handbook section on the SYNC variable, per Jeremy's suggestion on IRC.
