All ebuilds are affected by this. Stuff that dies in pkg_setup b/c of use flags
is annoying, please fix this. 

On another note, the pkg_postinst() chattr +S stuff looks rather $ROOT unfriendly, non-portable and spooky in general. For sure broken on BSD and such.
