Description Andrey Kislyuk (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-03-10 16:22:23 UTC
Please stabilize sci-biology/mira-3.0.2.
Note: Because of the complexity of science package testing, a compile test is sufficient from the arch teams

CCing the maintainer of texlive-core (2009) which is the required dependency when doc use flag is enabled

Alexis, are you ok for stabilizing texlive-core-2009?

certainly not; tl 2009 is not ready for stable yet, its still even hard masked on some arches

why do you need texlive-core-2009 by the way?

Postponing stabilization until texlive 2009 is stable or I can come up with a revision using texlive 2008.

The only reason for depending on tl-core-2009 I can think of is a need for kpatshea-5; for compiling docs with latex & cie you have virtual/latex-base + some extra || deps if needed.

Actually, it needs an executable called latex2man, which I couldn't find in texlive-2008. Could you point me to which packages provide it besides texlive-core-2009?
