I've found that there is no ebuild for Gentoo for Docky application. As Docky is a fork of GNOME Do application I've took gnome-do-0.8.3.1.ebuild and changed few lines (SRC_URI, Description, homepage) and it works.

If someone is a gentoo-user and is not familiar with ebuilds writings - it can help them to have Docky installed on their systems. In common - it is gnome-do ebuild with a few modifications.
