ebuild of app-misc/tracker-0.7.21 has RDEPEND set incorrectly - use flag applet should depend on >=gtk+-2.18 not >=gtk+-2.16

configure script can't pass that step

I don't have build.log anymore because I installed gtk+-2.18.7, and then tracker but this time without any error.
