media-libs/libcanberra-0.23 fails during ./configure while testing for lt_dladvise_init in -lltdl. But the actual problem is that functions from libdl.so are not made available due to --as-needed.

Reproducible: Always

I forgot to remove -static from CFLAGS after playing with zabbix.
