fails to merge packages with USE="doc" and dev-perl/XML-NamespaceSupport dev-perl/XML-SAX dependency because can't locate relative extensions

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. upgrade (or downgrade) sys-devel/libperl dev-lang/perl
2. emerge dev-util/git-1.7.0 with USE="doc"
3.

After upgrading perl, you *must* run perl-cleaner.

please, can you add a message telling the user to run perl-cleaner --all after upgrading?
