The homepage showes files like fortune-mod-chalkboard-1.0-1.noarch.rpm. Anyway I am not totaly sure if this is a new version since the tgz has no version no and no date (man I hate those homepages).

chalkboard file is the same. Even if chalkboard.dat is different but the same size, I think they are the same version.
Then, as there is no versioning on the tar.gz name, I tend to ignore this, even if it is an upgrade
