IBM offers some optional components for its Java SDK.  I added a couple local
USE flags ("javacomm" and "jaas") to control their installation.

ok, just put the conditionals inside SRC_URI or it won't cache correctly.

This  is fixed locally here but it only will work with portage 2.0.50 so
we need to wait for the release of it.

Fixed. Available for testing on x86 and ppc as dev-java/ibm-jdk-bin-1.4.1-r1

We have dropped the ibm-jdk-1.3 series from our tree. If, for some reason,
people do indeed need the 1.3 series of this particular VM, they will have
to open a bug about it.

I have added javacomm support to our ibm-jdk-bin-1.4.1, and added the binary
.tgz to our mirrors.
