Description Dimitri Aivaliotis 2002-05-26 17:17:23 UTC
XEphem is an X Windows ephemeris, allowing one to view the Earth, the Moon,
Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, the Solar System, etc. from your location on the
Earth. It includes a utility to get live satellite data for viewing cloud
cover over the Earth.

I suggest app-sci. Caveat: the author has a license click-through on the
downloads page, so the SRC_URI in the ebuild is not accurate. I'm not sure
how/if portage deals with this kind of thing.

Hi Dimitry,

Check the sun-jdk build... It requires you to actually go to the website and
download the package before it is merged. Can you merge the same functionality
into this ebuild?

Thanks for the tip Ryan!

Attached, you'll find xephem-3.5.2-r1.ebuild, which includes that
functionality.
