Linux format just did an article about the Linux::DVB::DVBT perl module.
I'll attach my ebuild in a mo'.
This is an alternative to Linux-DVB requested in bug 289246.

I used g-cpan to install Linux-DVB-DVBT-2.05

I don't use it any more, and version 2.19 installs from g-cpan now, so I guess not.
