Bug 304749 – plasma crashes with USE=semantic-desktop and Comic Strip

If I enable USE=semantic-desktop for kde-base/kdeplasma-addons (for everything else it's set globally) and have a Comic Strip plasmoid on desktop, the plasma crashes after next login (black desktop and no KDE panel)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compile kde-base/kdeplasma-addons with USE=semantic-desktop
2. log in
3. add Comic Strip plasmoid on desktop (no need to configure it)
4. log out
5. log in
Actual Results:  
plasma crashes
