There is new homepage - https://alioth.debian.org/projects/lilo/ . And new release 2.30 has been already released - https://alioth.debian.org/frs/shownotes.php?release_id=1529 .

23.0 is in the tree and fixes the HOMEPAGE problem too. I've added myself as maintainer to see what 23.0 breaks wrt 22.8, because I had to drop a few patches ad I am not too certain about a few other changes.
