Bug 304487 – net-p2p/kmldonkey ~2.0.2-r1 crash when you paste a torrent in "paste url" bar

When I paste a .torrent URL in "submit URL" and hit enter, the program crash every time. Kmldonkey pass the url to mldonkey core. When restart Kmldonkey, the torrent is downloading. The mldonkey core never stop working.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.copy an URL torrent like http://torrents.gentoo.org/torrents/install-x86-minimal-2008.0.torrent to clipboard
2.Go to File -> Submit URLs... menu and paste the URL
3.hit enter or click Ok button.

Actual Results:  
kmldonkey shutdown badly. mldonkey core, no. kmldonkey restarts and the torrent is downloading.


I have kde-base/kde-meta 4.3.3 compiled without debug facilities. Tell me what to do and may I'll send to you a better bug report.

try with 2.0.2-r2 and if the problem persists report it upstream please. if you get a solution reopen this bug and give us the link of the upstream one to apply the fix. thanks
