Description Jeroen Roovers (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-02-10 18:33:32 UTC
I'm not sure what would need to be dropped and what shouldn't. Probably everything kde-base/* and kde-misc/* but maybe not everything <herd>kde</herd>.
Comment 1 Samuli Suominen (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-02-10 18:36:34 UTC
Also, USE="kde" needs to be use.masked in profiles/arch/hppa/ then, for apps like x11-themes/qtcurve-qt4 and a like.

As per above comment i will be removing all the hppa keywords then.

Since i am well known of my crazy mass commits i can do it quite simply.

First step is list of packages i will generate soonish and attach here to the bug for review. More eyes see more issues :]
Comment 3 Tomáš Chvátal (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-02-10 18:43:04 UTC
Also for explanation as rej asked:
@qa is CCed for review so i won't fck up big time during the removal. So you can help reviewing :] No other interaction needed here guys from you :P

It isn't time yet. Please don't do anything except perhaps discuss removal of keywords.

I can drop the keywords today at the same time while removing KDE 4.3.4 middle version from tree to avoid double committing. Does that work for you?

Otherwise this bug should be closed as INVALID and KDE keywording should proceed like planned in bug 304365.

It's not your bug.

QA: To fix all the repoman warnings comment #7 caused all keywords for hppa were dropped from kde-base/.

Scanning categories for leftovers in progress.

It should be finished now, unless I missed something...

A kde bug-wrangler ran repoman full and send his output of tree to me, it should really be all done now.

Thanks Andreas!
