Try this ebuild. Removed useflags for the removed features and added a useflag for --with-eaccelerator-doc-comment-inclusion

On *non* production system (apache+fcgi+php-5.2.13) eaccelerator-0.9.6 works. yet another very shameless bump :) *** You *do* realize I normally work by least recently commented on bugs first? ;) But I promised Ole I'll pull in his ebuilds from the overlay (plug: try out our new php-experimental with layman!).
