udevd: NAME="%k" is superfluous and breaks kernel
supplied names, please remove it from /etc/udev/rules.d/70-vhba.rules:3 

This is what I get when I use a newer udev with vhba. Simply removing the NAME option should suffice :)

Fixed ebuild that doesn't trigger udev deprecation warning

Fixed in vhba-1.2.1_p682. Thank you for report/fix guys.
