PostGIS 1.5.0 was released on February 4th, 2010. The ebuild bump is pretty simple (patch attached). I updated the dependencies according to,

  http://postgis.refractions.net/documentation/manual-1.5/ch02.html

Bug #286809 still exists from postgis-1.4.0. If it ever gets fixed, v1.5.0 with USE=doc should create a new script, postgis_comments.sql, that can be added to the ebuild wherever it imports postgis.sql and spatial_ref_sys.sql.
