Could you try to downgrade to x11-wm/compiz-0.8.4 and to x11-plugins/compiz-plugins-main-0.8.4 (no revisions) ? we patched both recently. and please get back us, thanks in advance. Ps: some strange behaviours too, unable to grab_keyboard on pinentry, but works perfectly with metacity, and titles still get bold in gnome-panel, except if I click on them.... I downgraded compiz, compiz-plugins-main and compiz-plugin-extra, with "gnome" use-lfag switched off and experimented a bit with focusing windows. Downgrading did not help, so I assume this must be related to some other library (poppler?). During experimenting I observed this: If you activate a window, you can't switch focus to other windows using buttons in panel. Sometimes windows are activated after maximizing them from the panel, others are activated after a click. Windows are deactivated after minimizing, so you can switch to other windows with ease using buttons in panel until you click one that gets autoactivated. Very strange. Can you please test with compiz-0.8.6? No feedback. Please reopen if you can test and still get this issue. |
