It would be great if we can add the qt support to the firefox build. I know it is not fully supported by mozilla but it is in there and many would like to test it.

This will not happen for main tree, until I get time to sit down and review all the qt changes that we will need, I can not and will not push it to the tree. I am working to get most patches worked upstream right now for full qt support.
