The default apache document root has changed vom /home/httpd to
/var/www/localhost. The viewcvs ebuild needs to be adjusted to the new default
apache configuration.

Apache 1.3.29 has been released into x86, with the new document root structure.

Fixed ebuild for Bug #30372

This should fix the problem of viewcvs being installed to the wrong httpd root
