When attempting to do a quick search during new bug entry, I always get the big
red banner about quicksearch.js and javascript probably not on.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select 'new' to enter new bug.
2. enter any words into the quick search field
3. execute the search

Actual Results:  
Got big red error message banner with link to bugzilla.org.

JavaScript console messages:

towards the bottom of the comments, you'll see another gentoo user is having the
