Firstly, same bug on x86. Secondly....
This appears to be a bug in sci-libs/cbflib-0.8.1-r4. So, CBFlib-0.8.1.tar.gz by default installs into $HOME, but if redirected into /usr, it would install several binaries in /usr/bin, several headers in /usr/include/cbflib, and a few libs into /usr/lib. The ebuild *only* installs the libs.
I just now extracted the tar (into /usr/src), and copied the include dir into /usr/include/cbflib. Rasmol then installed fine.

I saw sci-libs/cbflib-0.8.1-r5 came out today; it installls /usr/include/cbflib.
I did "emerge --oneshot rasmol" and it worked fine.
Does original poster want to reply if this works for him too? I assume it'll work fine and the bug can be closed.
Thanks to everyone, particularly jlec for updating the ebuild!
Thanks, it works for me too. Sorry, that was my fault, I changed the installation part and dropped the header. It is fixed in sci-libs/cbflib-0.8.1-r5. |
