Bug 30340 – fixpackages STILL having 'Cannot update binary: Destination exists.' (Portage 2.0.49-r7) when directory doesn't exists

I did a fixpackages the other day when I noticed the portage changelog said it
fixed the 'Cannot update binary: Destination exists.' bug, but it is still not
100% squashed.

The following directories don't exist in my package directory: app-pda, sys-fs,
games-arcade

The following directories do exist in my package directory: games-misc,
games-emulation, and app-portage

Performing Global Updates: /usr/portage/profiles/updates/3Q-2003
(Could take a couple minutes if you have a lot of binary packages.)
