Seems obsolete. Can we only support FOX 1.6 and above?

Sure. I'll get to it sometime next week. 1.4 is barely supported anymore.

I've committed a version of fxscintilla w/o fox-1.4 support.
In fact, fxscintilla development seems to resume upstream and they dropped fox-1.4 support anyway. As soon as the recent fxscintilla bump is stable i'll remove fox-1.4 and the old fxscintilla version.
