This is a rather beautiful web development framework.

It uses a variety of standard Python components that may be able to split out.  It would be nice to have support for the built in CherryPy server and perhaps also WSGI mode.

Solved some issues in ebuild that were caused by splitting files to /usr/lib and /var/lib.

We should definitely package web2py, it's a very popular web framework.
