I've dropped the ppc keyword because it needs a newer JRuby version (for the new rubygems package). So please test and keyword!

As a consequence of this I also needed to drop the ppc keyword from ruby-debug-0.10.3-r{3,4}. Please re-keyword these as well after rekeywording the virtual.

Actually, this breaks the dependency tree for every ruby package that is keyworded ppc and has jruby support, so this situation now needs attention ASAP.

@ppc: please decide whether you can really support jruby and get on with keywording, or just drop your keyword from jruby 1.3.1-r1, which is ancient and only still available for your obsolete keyword.
