Bug 302670 – media-sound/rhythmbox fails to detect dependency for net-libs/libsoup-gnome

when compiling =media-sound/rhythmbox-0.12.5-r2 the net-libs/libsoup-gnome is not being picked up by portage and the build fails.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge =media-sound/rhythmbox-0.12.5-r2 


Actual Results:  
checking for RB_CLIENT... yes

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables RHYTHMBOX_CFLAGS
and RHYTHMBOX_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.

This is odd.  Rhythmbox depends on libsoup[gnome] which should pull in libsoup-gnome.  Maybe the pdepend causes the ordering to be too badly messed up?

@gnome:  What about just changing the libsoup dep to a libsoup-gnome dep?

@Fernando: emerge -pv rhythmbox please ? (in order to see how libsoup-gnome is pulled)
