People are hitting bug 241638 where libqalculate needs to be rebuilt... 
Well, this will make stable users rebuild it too.

Test & mark stable:

=sci-libs/libqalculate-0.9.7 "alpha amd64 hppa ia64 ppc ppc64 sparc x86"
=sci-calculators/qalculate-gtk-0.9.7 "amd64 ppc sparc x86"
=kde-misc/qalculate-applet-0.7.2 "amd64 x86"

Tested on =sci-libs/libqalculate-0.9.7 on x86 chroot:
  * no ~x86 rdep
  * tests: none
  * compiles without any problem (-*, *)

=sci-calculators/qalculate-gtk-0.9.7:
  * tests: none
  * compiles and works fine (-*,*)

=sci-calculators/qalculate-bases-0.9.4-r2: 
  ! configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --disable-clntest
  * previous versions try to downgrade libqalculate
  * apart from that compiles fine

=sci-calculators/qalculate-currency-0.9.4-r2:
  ! configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --disable-clntest
  * previous versions try to downgrade libqalculate
  * apart from that compiles fine

=sci-calculators/qalculate-units-0.9.4-r2:
  ! configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --disable-clntest
  * previous versions try to downgrade libqalculate

half an year later, dropped stable ppc64, you had it stable for kde 4.3
