programs compiled with -ltermcamp cannot find libtermcap.so, a simple symlink
from /lib/libtermcap.so to /lib/libtermcap.so.2 fixes this.

As noted in the ebuild,

# we only want this for binary-only packages, so we will only be installing
# the lib used at runtime; no headers and no files to link against     

This package is not for compiling/linking source based programs. It's for binary-only programs.
