Care to provide any more info? What is incorrect? How to fix? What is the failure? emerge --info? 

As of now, this bug report in INVALID due to insufficient details.

Right.

1) it failed to apply because the name of the patch is wrong, it shoulf be libmpeg2-0.5.1-armv4l.patch and not libmpeg-0.5.1...
2) the contents of the patch were wrong.

Anyway, its fixed now, thanks for reporting.

But next time please be more verbose.
