vbisam is a new dependency for dev-lang/tinycobol which is keyworded for ppc.

It would be nice if I could get some feedback here... this missing dependency for PPC means that we don't have a working tinycobol at all. Well, this is definitely not a core package but if you think that you can't do this in the next few weeks I'd like to drop the PPC keyword for tinycobol and get the new tinycobol version into CVS.

Sorry, the PPC team is pretty swamped by bugs, our response time isn't very quick. vbisam seems to compile and work on ppc, so I've marked it ~ppc.
