The new D-Bus service (fi.w1.wpa_supplicant1) does not start with the current ebuild. This is for two reasons: 

1) Conf/service files not correctly installed (see bug #301334).
2) The "dbus" use flag does not enable the correct .config variable to compile in the new D-Bus service.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =net-wireless/wpa_supplicant-9999
2. (start wpa_supplicant with a functioning interface and configuration)
3. Attempt to connect to the service at fi.w1.wpa_supplicant1 (with say, d-feet).

I suggest that by enabling the "dbus" use flag both the old and new D-Bus services should be set to compile in, and start up in wpa_supplicant.
