Package can't locate Console_Getopt class because it isn't installed.
I think this package shouild depends on dev-php/PEAR-Console_Getopt.

I've found this problem in
dev-php/PEAR-Image_GraphViz-1.3.0_rc3
dev-php/PEAR-DB-1.7.14_rc1

I suppose that all of pear extensions can't build without Console_Getopt

Should be fixed now in CVS.  The deps have been updated in the pear eclass.
