Tried to emerge syslog-ng on arm but fails because it depends on libiconv.
Error: Missing keyword

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge syslog-ng
2. error: no keyword for libiconv
3.

Actual Results:  
error: no keyword for libiconv

Expected Results:  
emerge dependency libiconv

As far as I'm aware iconv is part of glibc, so libiconv is only useful on BSD systems. So keywording it for a linux profile makes little sense :)
