Where is xbmc-9.11-VDPAU.patch ?

I'll test the ebuild once all the patches are here.

Aside from that, there's one whitespace problem with the ebuild (line 112). repoman or vim with gentoo syntax highlighting will show it to you.
Comment 5 mikopp 2010-01-14 20:29:15 UTC
Pls remove the vdpau patch it's not ready.

A whitespace problem? It works without a problem what do you mean
exactly

patches that are taken from upstream SVN and fix specific bugs in release versions are OK to include
Comment 7 mikopp 2010-01-15 06:22:41 UTC
The second patc is especially for USB disks. The changed mount option trippled write speed on my system.

ive added the jpeg fix to 9.11-r1 (since it's from upstream). the other one does not appear to be in upstream svn, so you should file a tracker item there to get it included. in the mean time, use the /etc/portage/patches/ tree to use it locally.
