(Sorry if this is the wrong place for this)
net-fs/netatalk-1.5 is masked because it is untested. I needed it for my network
so I unmasked it and gave it a go. On the two machines I have it running on it
seems to work fine. File and Print sharing both work great.

 much better to mail the maintainer of the ebuild (Check the head of the build 
or the ChangeLog if there is one), when in doubt mail gentoo-dev and get a 
thread going on it
