Failed emerge of sys-apps/coreutils-7.5-r1. Whether package is pulled in as a dependency or a one shot is performed, the emerge fails

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. any emerge pulling in sys-apps/coreutils or 'emerge -1av sys-apps/coreutils'

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
emerged successfully

There seems to be a misalignment of the copy.c file pulled in and this patch. However, isn't this particular patch supposed to be excluded according to the ebuild's conditions?
