I need sometime to build a new prefix to test bootstrapped a new prefix with EPREFIX=/gentoo-prefix and dev-java/hp-jdk-bin works as expected! so the error happens only when EPREFIX starts with /usr. Good to hear. I'm unsure if it is good practice to use EPREFIX starting with /usr at all, so I'm wondering if it'd be worth the effort to search this problem at all. I think you can close this bug. ok. |
