Description Mike 2010-01-06 21:18:33 UTC
Ampache fails during the install process when moving to Step 3. Downloading the 3.5.3 tar.gz from the Ampache website works correctly. I am not using vhosts.

This problem also happened with 3.4.3 (from Portage).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge ampache
2. Visit http://server/ampache
3. Prereq check passes.
4. Enter in MySQL admin details, ask Ampache to create a new user with access to the Ampache database.
5. Click next.
6. Enter in Ampache username/password, download config file and upload to the config directory on the webserver.
7. Click "Check for Config".

Ampache fails with "Error: Config file detected, Ampache is already installed"

Browsing to http://server/ampache/test.php shows that Ampache detects that the config file exists but has an error parsing it.

Ampache.cfg.php Configured? [ ERROR ]

Following these exact same steps while using the tarball from the Ampache website works fine.
